Cancellation and Changes
Reservations can be canceled by the customer until the deadline stated in the cancellation policy of each experience page.
If canceled after the deadline, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the policy.
In case the service provider is unable to provide the service due to unavoidable circumstances, a full or partial refund will be made after appropriate investigation.
