Artisan Kyoto Terms of Use

These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
Users must comply with these Terms and other rules set by us.

• Service: Traditional craft experience reservation services provided by us
• Experience: Workshops, guided tours, and other experiences
• Experience Providers: Artisans, interpreters, and other contractors
• User Information: Name, email address, reservation details, etc.

• Users must make reservations after confirming the information on each experience page.
• Reservations are finalized when we send a "Reservation Confirmation Email."
• We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by users.

• Payment is required at the time of reservation confirmation via credit card.
• If payment fails, the reservation may be canceled.

• Cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy on each experience page.
• Cancellation fees may apply.
• Experiences may be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Users must not engage in:

• Acts in violation of laws or public order
• Impersonation
• Resale or transfer of reservation rights
• Disruption of service operations

• The Company shall not be liable for any damages or disputes arising from or related to contracts concluded between users and experience providers, except in cases attributable to the Company.
• However, for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the service, the Company may provide support such as fact-finding, advice, or coordination between the parties in case of disputes (this does not constitute legal representation or arbitration).
• The Company has established a contact point (info@artisan-kyoto.com) to respond to complaints and inquiries from users and experience providers, and will respond in good faith according to the nature of the inquiry.
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from natural disasters, communication failures, unauthorized acts by third parties, or other causes beyond the Company’s control.

• Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We may change or suspend the Service as necessary without prior notice.

• These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
